Team Building

I've recently started an article on our front-page called "Indie Game Developer's Guide - Team Building".

If you'd like to discuss this article or you have something you can contribute, please post your discussions here.

Critiques are welcome, but please make sure you know what you're talking about and please only speak from experience.... provide examples if you can because that will help everyone know where you're coming from.

Thanks, and happy team building!
